A tribute to ex Councillor Bert Bennion

Bert died aged 93 on Good Friday. He was the longest serving Parish Councillor on Loggerheads Parish Council having been on that Council since the boundary changes of 1970’s.

Loggerheads Neighbourhood Plan submitted

The Neighbourhood Plan Group is pleased to announce that the Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council. This is the first one in the Borough. An exmainer will be appointed and then we should have a referendum when you will have your final say. Watch this space.

Welcome to Loggerheads Parish Council

The parish of Loggerheads in Staffordshire covers 4 wards: Loggerheads, Ashley, Mucklestone and Tyrley. From the 2011 census the parish has 4,480 residents, living in 1806 households. 

The residents are represented on the Parish Council by 19 councillors who live or work in the parish. Meetings of the Council are held on the 3rd Monday in the month at 7pm at Loggerheads Fire Station.  Look out for information on these meetings on the notice boards in Loggerheads, Ashley and Knighton.

Meetings of the Finance Committee are held monthly on the second Tuesday in the month at 2pm at the Fire Station in Loggerheads.
