Children in need ramble raises £365

The ramble for children in need on Saturday 5th October from The Loggerheads Pub raised £365 . Thanks to allthose who joined in, and to the coop and pub for complimentary tea and cake

Commemorative Soldier on the move

The Parish Council is moving the commemorative soldier to different sites around the Parish. In October and November he will be in the grounds of St Johns church in Ashley

The duties are term time only and are therefore ideally suited to anyone who prefers to take school holidays.

Post holders will receive full training and uniform, and payment throughout the year.

Current Pay rates:

  • School Crossing Patrols and Local Relief Patrols – Grade 3; hourly rate: £9.36 rising to £9.55.
